How to charge your client for PHP 7 updates (with example email)

As some of you may already know, as of January 1, 2019, PHP 5 has been discontinued and will no longer be receiving security updates. We wanted to share a quick reminder with everyone that they should be checking that their sites are running PHP 7.1 or better. Any sites still running PHP 5 should be upgraded as soon as possible to ensure that they remain secure and up-to-date

Additionally, over the past few weeks, we've been getting a number of questions from our clients asking about the benefits of upgrading to PHP 7 and the best way to talk to their own clients about what makes this upgrade necessary - and billable - work.
