Hello,
I use the cms and permalinks, both are absolutely brilliant for either a desktop site or a mobile site BUT I feel the permalinks would be brilliant to be able to use on both a .m mobile site and a desktop site  both on different webroots. I see even todays news go on about it.

I very would be interested to know of others interest in the need for permalinks to be upgraded to be able to use on both a single desktop site and another mobile site both on different webroots.

Out of interest, is there a reason you opt for dual sites rather than using a responsive framework?  IMHO a responsive framework is more adaptable to the constant change in device sizes and requires less effort in build and maintenance. i'm no seo expert, but I would expect it would also give better seo results as there's no doubling up on page content and increased page traffic by to mobile and desktops visiting the same page?

It also negates the need for a change to the permalinks plugin?

Cheers,
