Hi everyone

I am having a bit of a very weird problem with CMSB 5.3 & 6.1 with browsers IE11, FF, and Chrome (latest vers).  Safari is fine, and CMSB 2.14 also works fine.

Basically, the issue is the TinyMCE WYSIWYG field.  If I decide to create a hyperlink or create a table, the popup dialogue box shows up, not as a popup, in the bottom left of the screen (see attached screen capture).  Sometimes its very hard to find unless you scroll down a bit.

Confused!  Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Hi northernpenguin,

Very Odd! It looks like the CMS is creating a much larger footer than normal as well.

Have you made any customizations to the HTML/CSS of your CMS on that site?

Would you mind filling out a second level support request for me so I can take a closer look at the issue?

You can find the form here:

Thanks!

Interesting.  I followed your suggestion for both FF and Chrome (FF:  Help-->Restart with addons disabled --> Safe mode | Chrome: Clear browsing data) after which everything worked fine.  Since I don't use Windows, I was not able to test IE11 yet.

Hi northernpenguin

Good to hear the issue's fixed. Had you recently carried out an upgrade to CMS Builder on that site? The most likely cause is that your browsers were caching old CSS and JS files for the WYSIWYG editor.

Thanks

Greg
