Sporadic List Option Issue

Hello,
This installation is version 2.13. Within the CMS Admin, the issue I am sporadically experiencing is that the selected value from a populated pull down menu is not being retained. To further explain, the value had previously been saved... The saved value will sporadically disappear when going to modify a single record in a list section editor.

The pull down menu values within this section editor are being populated by the Title value of a multi-row database table.

Sporadic issues are harder to isolate, but I appreciate any feedback on the issue I'm experiencing. Let me know if more information is needed.

Thank you.

Hi Steve,

Never encountered this kind of issue before and definitely harder to troubleshoot when it is sporadic.

So in one Section Editor you have a drop down list that is populated with the Titles for another Section Editor.

You can select "Title One", for example, and save. Now sometimes when you go to edit the record, "Title One" is no longer selected?

What is selected instead?

Also does this occur with the same user logged in or with different users logged in?

Hi Steve,

This could be a database connection issue but then I would expect you would have other issues with data not loading in the admin.

Can you send in a Support Request with the site details:

We can look into this further and see what we can come up with.

Thanks!
