Was it a regular install or is there anything unique or different about it?

It looks like the problem is the program can't find it's settings data file. I'm not sure why that would happen. If you haven't already submitted a ticket feel free to email me (CMS and FTP details) directly to dave@interactivetools.com and I can take a look for you.
