Hi nonpro, 

It looks like the website has a security module or service running that is getting a false positive.  If you add ?onSubmit= to any url on the site it will redirect to the root with a 403 error.  

The Form Builder plugins uses that text for this option: 

On Submit [_] Reload page and display this message:
                  [_] Redirect to this URL: 

What I'd recommend is contact your host or server administrator and asking them if they can disable any security modules for the cms folder because you're getting false positives.  You can demonstrate how ?onSubmit= doesn't work on any URL on the site.  They should be able to disable that for you.
