Hi, I have a problem, when my client saves an article the content disappears but it says the record has been saved. The url is: http://www.babingtonhouse.com/senior-school/curriculum.php.

Hi,

When I go to this page here,
http://www.babingtonhouse.com/senior-school/curriculum.php.

I get redirected to here:
http://www.babingtonhouse.com/index.php

When the client saves an article, does the content disappear in CMS Builder and/or the frontend?

Does this happen with multi-section editors, single section editors or both?

Any additional details that you can provide will help us determine what the issue may be.

Thanks!

Cheers,

Hi

The URL should be this: http://www.babingtonhouse.com/senior-school/curriculum.php

Then in the navigation click on Assessment Key Stage 3, it is that area that is not working.

It worked when I set it up because the title is showing but every time now the content disappears in the CMS editor. This is a single section editor.

I have tried to create a new one but the same happens on the new one too.

Hi there.

I've seen this before and I think the issue will be a couple MySQL settings.

The solution will be to contact your webhost and ask them to check the following two MySQL settings:

auto_increment_increment
auto_increment_offset

They should be set to "1" and I suspect that at least one of them is not.

Let me know what your host has to say.

Thanks!
