Perhaps I've gone blind, but I can't find /lib/headers.php in CMSBuilder 3.66?

Hi Mark,

They're in /lib/menus/header.php. Is the plugin not automatically adding them for you?

Let me know what headers you're adding and maybe we can add them to the source.
