Hi yea,
I have a contact page, that you guys created the code for me to use alongside the cms a few years ago, it now is giving me multi errors on the page which can be seen from the link below. Should I replace the entire cms etc, as no one has touched it since it was built.

That error means the email credentials weren't accepted.
Can you confirm the SMTP details under Admin > Email Settings are correct?
You could also try them in an external email program or ask your webhost to confirm what the latest credentials you should be using are.
