3.61 Upgrade Error

I usually keep all my installations up-to-date but I had a few sites that I left at version 3.57. After upgrading all my 3.60 sites to 3.61, I decided to upgrade the 3.57 sites. The first one I came across seemed to work just fine, however when I go to General Settings, the page acts like it has no CSS with the data in raw format on the screen. The developer log shows:
Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function serverInfo_contentDeliveryNetwork()
/home/----/domains/----.com/public_html/webadmin/lib/menus/admin/general.php on line 758

Hi Kenny,
Hmm, yea it's responding as if it's missing a file. Can you try re-uploading /lib/serverInfo_functions.php?
It might be that the FTP upload skipped a file, but if that doesn't work send in a 2nd level support ticket and we'll take a look ASAP.

For those wondering, Dave helped me fix this by making sure I updated the admin.php file. I had not done that - only updating 3rdParty and lib folders/files.
