drag/drop function on cmsb backend ...should it work on iPads?

I was recently meeting with a potential client and we went to the backend of a sample site that uses cmsb. We were using the client's iPad (a couple years old) and the up/down drag/drop arrows wouldn't function in the cmsb admin area. I've had customers on iPhones not have a problem, but I have never tested sites on an actual iPad. Any thoughts? ( Sorry I do not have a tone of details like OS versions, etc. as the client was limited on meeting time.)

I have an older iPad here so I can test it. Which version of CMSB was it?
Can you send in a 2nd level support ticket with details so we can test on the same site?

Apologies for the delay in responding...sometimes life does not go in the way planned. ;-)
The CMSB version for this particular website: CMSUltima v3.57 (Build 2312)
