Upgrade Major Error

I am trying to upgrade an old version to new.
I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare fixSlashes() (previously declared in XXXXXXX/cms80/lib/init.php:802) in XXXXXXX/cms80/lib/common.php on line 2009

Hi,
Try uploading all the latest CMS Builder files again. It may be that all the old files were not updated.
