TinyMCE4 image uploads possible Bug/Feature request

When the wysiwyg field has the images set to 0, you can still click on the image edit/insert button. You are presented with upload dialog but clicking on the upload button does nothing. This is the expected behaviour if you know that is what is to happen, but for our clients they might know that image uploading is disabled for that particular field.
It would be good to display a message that uploads are disabled.
