I have a Google Tracked link that is not playing nice with our CMS when used in a newsletter campaign.

http://illuminatefilmfestival.com/?utm_source=+Local+e-News%3A+April+19%2C+2016&utm_campaign=Local+e-News%3A+April+19%2C+2016&utm_medium=email

This link above gives a "record not found" error. I assume it has to do with the numbers in the URL string.  Unfortunately a 3rd party is generating this code and they do not know how to fix it on their end.

Interesting enough, when I remove the "20" from the "2016" in the URL, it does not give the error.

Is there a way to fix this?

thanks,

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

In your load record code, do you have this:

'where'       => whereRecordNumberInUrl(0),

and if so can you comment it out like this

//'where'       => whereRecordNumberInUrl(0),

If that isn't it, can you reply with all your load record code?

Thanks!
