I am using CMSB 3.02 (fresh install, not an upgrade) and am getting the following errors when I create and use an image field:

Error writing to error log!
MySQL Error: Unknown column 'backtrace' in 'field list'

Original error: E_NOTICE: Undefined index:

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but it is a development install in a sub-domain.  Just in case I have had the Apache server & the MySql restarted, but there is no difference.  No errors have been written to the error log.

Totally mystified!

Hi Ragi

Thanks for posting.

I've done a clean installation of 3.02 locally and haven't been able to re-create the problem.  I'd like to take a closer look at your site. Could you send in a support request:

Hi Ragi

Great :). If it happens again let me know and we can take a closer look.  I'll keep an eye out for it happening anywhere else.

Thanks!

Ross:  It was a bit weird.  The error occurred when i created a new record with an image.  After upload the image I was going to label it, but instead got the error.  It still saved the record, but I had to modify it to include the title.

That is odd.
