Warning message in gmail messages

Have you got DKIM and SPF records updated for the server you are sending from?  I've found that this greatly reduces the deliverability of emails like that.

Talk to the people looking after your hosting and DNS, they will be able to sort it for you.

Or, set up a Mandril account (which is free) and they have a super easy process to follow in verifying all that stuff.

I spoke to my web host about this issue and they suggested to use SMTP mail settings which they provided. I was happy to know this was really easy to do by adding the info in CMSB under Admin > General settings > Email settings

I also really like the test mail feature which appears just below the settings - very handy
