Changing from IP address and Updating Program URL

Hi Kenny,
Thanks for sending in the Support Request.
I have CMS Builder working with the domain name now. Will send you an email with the details shortly.
What happened was there was two settings files. This was fine as one was for the IP address and one was for the domain name. The setting.dat.php for the domain name didn't have any of the settings entered. I copied all the settings from the one file to the other and was able to login to CMS Builder using the domain.
After logging in and going to the Admin > General Settings, CMS Builder auto detected the Program URL (with the domain name).

Do I need to reset permission on the folder or file please.
I had a look around to see as to what specific settings I should set things to but cannot see anything about. It was only the folder and the specific file I had a go at but never made a note of what the file was to begin with. Silly me I know. wowa
