loadINI: Error parsing /clientdata

Hi
For some reason after having the site live for about 4 years, my client can't log in to the admin panel, with this error message:
loadINI: Error parsing /clientdata/n5200-2-dynamic/a/w/awesomechurch.com/www/cmsAdmin/data/schema/about_us.ini.php on line 2
I have checked all of the permission settings, which are all set at 755.
Can you advise what to do, as I checked the forum, but none of the solutions provided fix the problem.

Can you email the about_us.ini.php to me? The address is claire@interactivetools.com. I was dealing with something similar to this yesterday so I have an idea of what might be wrong.
