Hi s2media,

I've not heard of an issue like this before, so I'm not sure how to resolve it. Would you mind filling out a second level support request for me? You can fill out the form here:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php

Then I can track down exactly what is causing the error.

Thanks!

Greg

Hi Greg,

I'm in the same boat - I've done hundreds of installs of CMSB and getting a 500 error on normal install of 2.61? Did you find the solution for s2media? I've checked that PHP and MySQL versions are compatible, and the bizarre thing is the site I installed it on is still working finr, but I can not get to the /cmsAdmin page.

Cheers,

Benedict

Hi Benedict,

When it comes to 500 internal server errors, we often find that there isn't a consistent issue that causes them, they're usually caused by an issue with how the hosting is set up. For example yesterday one of our clients had this issue, and it turned out to be because the server had stopped being able to detect php.ini files

If you can fill out a second level support request we can take a look into the issue for you. The form you need to fill out is here:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php

Then I can take a closer look at the problem.

Thanks,

Greg
