Uploading multiple files issue

It used to be that when you uploaded multiple files, you selected all the files to upload. Now I get a window that requires me to upload up to 25 individually.
It takes so much more time, I am not sure when this even happened?

It looks like you have the Flash uploader turned off in CMSB General Settings - Advanced Settings OR the browser you are using does not have the Flash plugin installed.
