download email plugin - incoming mail link to user account

Sorry for the slow reply, we're getting caught up after the holiday.  

What the Download Mail plugin does is collect all the incoming mail in a CMSB section so you can work with it the same as any other CMSB section.  So if you wanted to list all the downloaded mail that was to a specific user you could create a viewer that listed all the message in the section "_incoming_mail" where `to` = 'dave@interactivetools.com' or any other search query you wanted/needed to use.

Basically the plugin is a building block that gets the email into the system so you don't have to worry about the downloading or complexities of email and can manipulate the messages with regular mysql and CMSB queries.  I don't have any specific examples but people have built pretty advanced tickets systems with it and other solutions such as the ability to email to automatically post an article or content to a website.
