whenever a user Enter a username (or email address) to reset the password this error appears:

Fatal error: Class 'Swift_Events_EventObject' not found in /home/observat/public_html/cmsAdmin/3rdParty/SwiftMailer/classes/Swift/Events/SendEvent.php on line 19

How can I fix this?

Hi Carlos,

Which version of CMS Builder are you using? Have you tried reuploading the CMS Builder files and seeing if that fixes the issue? It might be that the SendEvent.php file has been corrupted after upload.

If that doesn't work, please could you fill out a second level support request here:

Then I can take a closer look at what is causing the problem.

It´s the latest version. I reuploaded the SendEvent.php file but the error keeps appearing. I filled out a second level support request.
