Permalinks plugin problem

I just downloaded and installed the Permalinks plugin on http://daviswater.com  It seemed to install OK and I did get the proper error page when entering a bugus URL.  However, no matter what bogus URL I request, the 404 page throws the same message "The requested URL /cmsAdmin/plugins/permalinks/permalinks_dispatcher.php was not found on this server."  See attached image

When I manually created 2 records in the permalinks DB in order to rewrite the 2 contact.php URLs, I get the same error page. See image of permalinks list

I wanted to make http://daviswater.com/contact/ go to existing URL: http://daviswater.com/contact.php?General-Information-14

and I want http://daviswater.com/water-analysis-request/ go to http://daviswater.com/contact.php?Water-Analysis-Request-15

Maybe I am missing something ....?

Hi Ron,

Can you please check for us if the "permalinks_dispatcher.php" exist in your permalink plugin root folder?

If it doesn't exist, you can re-install the plugin or just copy and paste the permalinks_dispatcher.php file to your permalink root folder.

Also, can you check if the plugin is installed in a weird path like "cmsAdmin/plugins/permalink-v1.00/" or something like that?

Thanks,

Daryl

Well, for the sake of the forum, there was actually a problem with the plug-in which Greg promptly fixed and now all is working fine.

Thanks Greg!
