Newsletter Plugin - Filter/Segment subscribers

Hello,
I would like to suggest a new feature for Newsletter Builder, which would allow the subscribers list to be filtered based on selected criteria (e.g. a dropdown option for "where did you hear about us?").
Emails could then be sent to segments of the subscribers (e.g. all subscribers that found us via Google AdWords) rather than the current approach, which is "all or nothing".

Hi Greg,
Glad to hear this is required by other people too.
It would be great to be able to add fields to the Newsletter subscribers and then filter subscribers for sending emails to.
Perhaps it could work in a similar way to how you can search and export records to a CSV with the CSV export plugin.
