Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in (filepath cut) /cmsAdmin/lib/plugin_functions.php on line 81 

I just updated to version 2.5 and I'm getting this message on the actual webpages and on the CMS Builder pages.

after more testing, looks like cms builder is not working at all.

When i go to add a news item and hit save, i get the same message that is showing at the top of the page as a popup error.
