Hi,

Is this a fresh install of CMS builder or one that you have been using for a while? Also, have you made any changes to the site recently that could have affected the editor (for example upgrading CMS builder or moving to a new server)?

There are a couple of things you can try that might get it working again. The WYSIWYG editor caches some files so that it can load more quickly. Ocasionally these files get corrupted and need deleting. If you go to the directory
cmsAdmin/data/ you might see some files called something like tiny_mce_cache.262b5dce115f0459114f5c79c3215a83.gz. If you delete these files that might fix the issue. Something else to check is if there are any javascript errors. There are different ways to check for errors in different browsers. In Chrome if you press ctrl+shift+J a console will show and any errors will be displayed in here. If there are any errors could you post them back for me.

Thanks!
Greg Thomas
