Hi Paul,

To add PDF as an allowed extension for uploads in the WYSIWYG editor, go to the Section Editor:

Admin > Section Editors

Click modify for the section to edit.

Next, click modify for the field with the WYSIWYG editor.

In the popup window, click show all for the Input Validation to open up more options. Here you will see the "File extensions allowed" text box. Add pdf and scroll to the top and Save.

Now you will be able to upload PDFs.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Thanks!

Hello,
We have the same issues. I just followed the instructions but I still cannot upload a pdf via the WYSIWYG editor? Any suggestions to troubleshoot?

Thanks!
April

Hi April,

Please could you fill out this form with a second level support request?

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php

Then I can have a look into what is causing this issue for you in more detail.

Thanks!

Greg
