Hi there,

This is my install URL: http://kwbs.org.tw/cmsAdmin/admin.php

Try to install cmsAdmin 2.1.7

Got error message :

Hi jacgo,

Sure, no problem. Anytime you see "Permission Denied", in an error message look for a filepath and make sure it has the right permissions.

In this case, PHP needs "write" permissions to /cmsAdmin/data/settings.dat.php.

Try these chmod permissions (use the first one that makes the error go away): 755, 775, 777

Let me know if that works for you, and note that you may need to change permissions on a few more files (you'll get errors or alerts if you do), thanks!

Even with chmod 777 on that file you still get a permission denied error? Do the permissions show like this in ftp? rwxrwxrwx

I think I know what the problem is.

Now new cmsBuilder version can not install in php4 server.

This is php/mysql version problem.

Don't know what wrong. Hosting company told me it is php version problem.
Now I install in php5.

It's fine now.
