Unable to delete files

Hi I just updated to version 2.14
However when i try to remove an upload. a javascript box appears with a message that reads "Error" however there is no description of the error.
Is it possible to email my login info so that it can be looked into.

Hi,
Since you just recently upgraded, here are two quick things to try:
1. Re-upload the /3rdParty/ folder and all the folders and files within it.
2. Try clearing your browser cache or logging in with another browser.
If the issue still persists, send in a support request with your install and server details:
