Hi nmsinc,

Could you be a bit more specific?

Thanks,

Hi Jerry,

Saving a record in a section within the CMS always takes the user back to the CMS record-listing page. I have my own record-listing page with specific users protocols that I want CMS to revert too and I need to know how this can be accomplished!

Thanks - nmsinc

Hi, nmsinc,

OK, I understand now, but don't have an answer on how to do that within the interface.

I've started to play with viewers and external forms to allow members to update pages and that could prove to be more flexible for you.

Hi,

The best approach here would be to create a custom plugin to handle this. You can use the record_postsave hook. You can then re-direct the browser to any page you wanted.

Hope this helps get you started.

Hi,

To start this process, please send an email to consulting@interactivetools.com with a list of requirements for exactly what you would need the plugin to do. For example, should certain sections be sent to different pages? Are there circumstances under which you would not want the user re-directed?

Let us know and we can go over some options.

Thanks,
