Hi vyskocil,

Just a few quick ideas,

Have you set any advanced options (check boxes) for that editor in the advanced tab by mistake?

Have you set the user permission for that user in the accounts editor for that specific page to something other than "editor"?

Start there and let us know.

I did not change any settings. When I click on advanced settings nothing happens.
What I did find is that when I click on the HTML icon it opens the html window but there is no code there? This is a mulit-record section and I was able to add another section and save it. For that new recorde I can see the HTML. but I cannot control any of the formatting with the WYSIWYG even though the content is set up that way.

Hi,

So when you modify a record and click "SAVE", the information you entered is lost. Is that right? Does it happen everywhere or just in one section? Does it happen when creating new records?

If you could fill out a 2nd Level Support Request with that information, we can take a look for you.

Thanks

I am working with my client now to determine how many sections are affected. Once I have that information I will let you know.
