SEO urls with trailing slash and without .php extension?

Because CMSBuilder has some problems with useSeoUrls together with the .htaccess for ignoring file extensions together i found this little script:

http://codecanyon.net/item/mod-rewriter/79439

Could this be the solution?

Another problem for me is the fact that you can put anything behind the post url (try it on your site) and still see the post, instead of an error 404. For me that's not acceptable! Any solution for this?

Hi,

I haven't use that software package before, so I'm not sure how effective it is. Does anyone else have any experience with codecanyon?

I'm not sure what you mean by putting "anything behind the post url" and not getting a 404 error. Could you provide an example?

Thanks

These look to me just like malformed query strings for a valid page call. So the user _should_ find their way to the page as it is being called correctly. A 404 should only happen when the page is altogether not there.

Or am I missing something?

Hi,

This isn't specific to CMS Builder but PHP:
