Possible Bug found in plugin: Alert Record Saved V1.01

http://www.interactivetools.com/add-ons/detail.php?Alert-Record-Saved-1052

If you try to modify an user account which has no last login data sometimes you get an error like this:

Notice: Undefined index: lastLoginDate:year in /homepages/16/???????/????/???????/?????????/lib/common.php on line 1448 Notice: Undefined index: lastLoginDate:mon in /homepages/16/???????/????/???????/?????????/lib/common.php on line 1448 Notice: Undefined index: lastLoginDate:day in /homepages/16/???????/????/???????/?????????/lib/common.php on line 1448 7

I obfuscated the paths with ? on purpose.

If I disabled the plugin the error never happened.

When I updated the last login date fields and saved with the plugin activated, it worked fine.

I have tried to find contact information for the author called Djulia so that I can advise, but with no luck.

Re: [Jason] Possible Bug found in plugin: Alert Record Saved V1.01

Hi Jason,

I am using V2.12. The accounts that were affected were initially created in an older version of CMSB, not sure which one but at least V2.09 and probably older than that, not sure if that would have any effect?

If you want I can look to see if I can re-create the problem again and give you access to the installation.

I just remembered that I have customised the plugin to display a bit differently but I could find no reference to the effected fields in the plugin, which did make me wonder if if was maybe something else.

Hi Paul,

Sure, if you are able to re-create the issue, please let us know and we can look further into this.

Thanks

Re: [Jason] Possible Bug found in plugin: Alert Record Saved V1.01

Tried to re-create the error this morning but with no luck.

It's almost like only much older un-used user accounts created in an older version of CMSB were the problem, but that of course is just guess work.

I am happy to drop this error and put down as a glitch in the matrix ;)

Kind Regards

Paul
