All tough I (we) like all those updates lately on CMS Builder concerning security/small bugs/etc. I think the majority wants different directions on those updates. Let me explain what I mean:
For some time now (more than a year) we asked (see the forum archive about requests) if it was possible to add these improvements/options:
- A better way to manage media (like MCImageManager/MCFileManager)
- A build-in comment system
- A build-in form generator
- SEO improvements
- Square cropping for images
- Multiple value fields section editor
- and the list goes on and on...
Those are things that really matter and change the usability/improvement of CMS Builder! I understand that everybody has his own personal request list, but I’m quite sure the majority will agree with the above improvements. I’m also sure that the majority of users is not really waiting for “password encryption” etc. like in the last update. Maybe I’m completely wrong but at least I wrote my personal thoughts about how to improve CMS Builder in the future.
Let’s make CMS Builder “The Best CMS” you as developers, we as users!
