I have one section that has data in with 2 lists
eg shows and then dates
then on one other table i want to be able to grab both of these details from the other table and show them in one drop down.
I know this is complicated but i am sure it can be done.

Hi Craig,
You can do this by using the MySQL Query option for a list. Here is an example of how to show more than one piece of information in the label of a list:
