Template caching?

A client's site uses CMSB and sometimes when they add new content it shows up on the live site for some people, but not everyone. I contacted the site host and they asked if the cms uses template caching. For example new content can show up for me, but not my client; other times, they can see the updates, but some of their customers can't

Does anyone know what this is? Does CMSB use it? If so, how do I get around this problem.

Cheers,

Hi Nigel,

CMS Builder doesn't have any templates. When a .php page using CMS Builder loads, it dynamically connects to the software to pull out content.

The most likely cause is a client-side browser caching issue or the hosting service themselves caching pages.

It sounds like it's happening almost randomly also makes it less likely to be a CMS Builder issue.

If you're still having a problem, you can fill out a 2nd Level Support Request and we can take a look to see if we can recreate the problem.

Hope this helps.
