xml php issue

I keep getting this error... any ideas?

Hi,
This type of error usually happens when the code that includes viewer_functions.php is not at the very top of your page. Even a space between the start of the code and the top of the page can cause this.
Give that a try. If you're still having the same error, if you could attach news.xml.php I can take a closer look at the code.
