Red-Hot Real Estate Site

Hi All.

I've finally been let loose on a real estate listings site and I really want to make a showcase of what CMSB can do here.

Does any one have any suggestions on what I could add to the site?

I'd like to have the ability to map the data to property portals (realestate.com.au etc) and will look into this later unless anyone has done it elsewhere.

I'm planning;
- featured properties on homepage
- basic / advanced search / search by geo-location.
- results by listing (table view with sort / export feature)
- results by map (google maps)
- results by gallery (thumbnail images)
- Detailed page with full item details
- Brochure (PDF conversion)
- RSS Feeds

Table Look-ups (linked data to properties for eazy maintenance)
- Sales person table (also selling / sold by etc)
- All features / proximaty details etc

Member Functions (via members plugin)
- watched items (for rental properties)
- sms alerts

Email Dowload Features
- Add images etc to listing via email
- Company Blog

Social Feeds
- Rss Feed
- Twitter & Facebook feeds

Any ideas on what else could be worthwhile?
