Hi Gary,

It sounds like there's a problem with the AJAX call which saves records. I'd like to take a closer look to figure out what the problem is and fix it. Please fill out a Second Level Support Request with your FTP details, my name, and a link to this thread in the comments section.
All the best,
Chris

Thank you for the reply - I had no choice (the customer was coming for training today) but to put the site back to V1.36 so that I could finish the site.

I don't doubt that the ajax had something to do with it. This site is a combo X-Cart and CMS Builder site (we use CMSB on all of our X-Cart sites now for real content managed pages on the non-cart pages). However, the odd part of it is that we have done this with 2.04 on several sites prior to this, so I don't understand what the problem was.

If I run into this again in the future, I'll try to give you more than 2 hours notice before the client comes for training.

Gary.

Hi Chris.

I'm getting a similar problem on a couple of my sites running 2.06. Not all the time, and the record is saved - but just the record number appears on the screen at saving.
Cheers,

Update:

Tim was able to resolve the error issue by disabling the AVG Safe Search plugin in Firefox.
