Upgrade still shows old file upload window

Can you check your settings to make sure it's not disabled?

Admin > General Settings > Advanced Settings > File Uploads [ ] Disable Flash Uploader - attach one file at a time (doesn't require flash)

Can you try another computer or web browser? What browser, version, and operating system are you running?
