setting a default Section Access for Users

I want it so when I add a new Account... the Section Access drop downs are already set to how I want them..

Hi,
The Section Access field is a special system field in CMS Builder that can't be modified.
We could look into the possibility of customizing the user account section if you're still interested in this functionality.
