Does CMS Have a Help Support Function

I was just wondering, does CMS have a help support function that I can create and put in a web page, so if someone had any questions about content or anything related to the content on the page, they can click on a link, fill out a form and have it sent to the webmaster?

Right now we are working with a third-party program, but would like to use CMS Builder to create such a web page. Is that possible?

Can you give me advice about it?

Thanks.

Hi Harry,

So are you looking for a contact form that will email a question to the administrator, or do you want to replicate all of the functionality listed on the page (ie. "Register", "New Request","Track Request","Articles").

Although CMS Builder doesn't automatically it can certainly be made to do this. It would require some custom programming. If you're comfortable with PHP, this is something you can do and we can give you some help along the way. If not, we can certainly build it for you. Hope this helps.

I am looking to have CMS do the exact or nearly the exact thing as the support page already there.

All you would have to do is show me the code to use and I can do it myself. If you guys did it, how much would you charge.

Hi,

There isn't any generic code that will do this, as this would have to be customized code.
If you fill out the form on

we can give you a free estimate.

Hope this helps.

If you cannot provide me the code to do it, I will need to request my boss to reconfigure what he is using now so it fits the look of the new site. I don't think he wants to spend hundred of thousands of dollars to have code done for what we want to do.

Hi there.

Thanks for keeping things going here :).

The software isn't setup to do what your site does right out of the box so like Jason was saying, there is going to be customization needed. That's going to go beyond what we can do through free tech support on the form. I am actually on the consulting team though and would be more than happy to go over this site with you in more detail through consulting.

Shoot me over an email (consulting@interactivetools.com) and we'll get the ball rolling.

Thanks!
