Create a Drop Down Menu?

Hello,
I need to create a dropdown menu that has the ability to switch between listing all titles (alphabetically) in a section and listing all articles (1 article per page) in a section.

I am attaching my page. If you could look at it and tell me what to do, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi invisions,

I think the simplest way to do this would be to have two viewers and use a javascript "dropdown redirect" to navigate between them.
