Text Message Alert System

I'm wondering if anyone has a resource for Text Messaging / Alert Messaging Software.
We list anything and everything for rent. We want the person that has the item for rent to be alerted every way possible and as quick as possible when some is interested in there rental. Currently today people can contact them by phone, email and going to there website but thougth if we could add TEXT Alerts this would be a great resource for peoples listings and for the people looking to rent something.
Any help would be awesome!

Hi Jason,
You'd need two parts for that. A SMS Gateway service that sent the text messages for you, and the software component that linked CMS Builder to that gateway.
SMS Gateways typically charge a fee for each message sent. Example: http://www.clickatell.com/pricing/message_cost.php
