Search forms searching multiple fields

Yes it is, just change your search field from this:
<input type="text" name="notes_keyword" value="">

To this:
<input type="text" name="name,notes_keyword" value="">

And for google style searching (-exluded -words "phrase searching" etc) replace _keyword with _query. For more details on both of those check out the search docs page:
