Thanks for posting!

We can definitely help out with this through our consulting service. Upgrading is actually pretty straight forward. Moving your data to a new server is what will end up taking the most time.

To get the ball rolling, send me an email through consulting@interactivetools.com and we'll go from there. To save a step, could you contact both your new and old server admins to ask them if they accept external connections to their database (and what the connection details would be for that)? This one will be fairly important. It's also a fairly technical thing so at this stage, all you would need to get is a yes or no :). Also, don't post any of those details in the forum :). Just send them to me in an email
