Hyperlink query not working

I cannot get the hyperlink query format to work on my web site. I am attempting to use the following code to create a link from another page:
http://www.tsuluwerks.com/clientwork/projectprofile.php?company=General Microsystems

Each time I try to access the project profile, it gives me error messages in all the fields where the data shows up. However, the page itself shows up just fine.

Note that on a client's site, the link queries work just fine (i.e. http://www.soulthesalon.com/product-line.php?product_line=Brand Soul&product_type=Gifts/Promotional Products).

What's causing this issue? I tested the syntax, doublechecked the field name, and tried different links. It makes no difference if the destination page is a list page or a details page - the query in the link pulls up nothing but error messages.

Thoughts? Thanks!

I am assuming that 'company' is the field, therefore something like...

<a href="http://www.tsuluwerks.com/clientwork/projectprofile.php?company=<?php echo $TABLEsRecord['company'] ?>"

should work fine.

You can use

<xmp><?php print_r($record) ?></xmp to see which fields are bring pulled into your script just prior to thr hyperlink.

Hi, Ross:

The page itself is at http://www.tsuluwerks.com/clientwork/projectprofile.php?Branding-and-Sales-Materials-for-IT-Company-7

A snapshot of the code error that shows up when using the link is attached.

I have also attached the details page code in case it matches with the line numbers (instead of the source code).

Thanks!

Hi there

Thanks for the update!

So it looks like the template you are using is for a detail page. The searching you are trying to do with your URL is usually done with list page.

Can you give me a bit more detail about what this page is supposed to do? Also, can you give me some more detail about the page that you link to it from?

Thanks!
