Hi there.

Thanks for posting!

Do you know what version you are using? I know there was something to do with user access on certain kinds of pages with uploads that would cause that to happen. We have it fixed in the latest versions though.

Another thought is that the server is just timing out because the file is too large. Do you know how give that flv file is?

Hi Ross,

using version 1.28

the flv is about 16 MB i set max filesize to 20 MB

Hi there

That's interesting. I think the problem might actually be that the server is timing out then. Even though you tell CMS Builder it can allow a max of 20 megs, the server itself might not allow that.

You'll want to contact your webhost and ask them what options you have for this. At the least, ask them what's the max file size you can upload. Keep in mind though that the server's max and CMS Builder's max are two completely different things.
