PDF troubles

I have three editors:

1. Events (title, description, date, drop list of menus from PDF Menus below)

2 PDF catgories (one title field- example: premier, special)

3. PDF Menus:

list field populated from PDF categories (field type: "list", name "category")

upload filed (field type: "upload" field name: "the_pdf_file")
extention allowed: .pdf
max up: 1
max size: 485kb
info1: title

I want to list menus (links) in a specific section of the site. Also, on an events page, an administrator will link a certain event to a menu. (cooking class, Italian Wine dinner).

Here is the current problem:

The pdf files appear to upload correcty. When I go into the Events editor to add an event, at the top is this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at xxxx/cmsAdmin/lib/menus/header.php:12) in xxxx/cmsAdmin/lib/database_functions.php on line 520 There was an error creating the list field. MySQL Error: Unknown column 'the_pdf_file' in 'field list'

thanks for any help.

Hi,

It sounds like possibly two issues are causing the problem.

To troubleshoot this one, we will need FTP and CMS Builder login detials.

Can you submit a support request so we can at a closer look and figure out what is happening:

Hi Anthony,

I received your support ticket, but it looks like your email address was invalid -- can you resend that, or drop me an email with your correct email address? If you send us an email with your correct email address, include your ticket number (YRQ-280255) and you won't have to retype everything out again. :)

I haven't heard back yet. I'm going to go in right now and change everything, starting over. Hopefully I'll have better luck.

Hi there.

Just wanted to check in on this one. Donna had sent back an email the other day after we chatted.

Keep me up to date with how you are making out :).

thanks Ross. We must be having e-mail troubles. I didn't get it but sent one saying that I resolved the problem. It was the combination of choices I was making to populate a list in the editor from another table, pertaining to uploads. It appears to be working great. I found the option specificly for uploads as apposed to populating the list from a table. I'm not at my computer for details. Something like that...
