I have 301 redirect in an htaccess file converting the old htm files to php which is converting all organic links just fine in google. However, client has a PPC campaign and is getting file not found notices on server responses because a ? is being placed behind the php extension. Has anyone else experienced this problem, is CMS causing this issue? Any suggestions?

Webmac.

Hi there.

Thanks for posting!

I can't think of anything off the top of my head for this one but if you posted some links to your site for me to take a look at, I'll see if anything jumps out at me.

One thing to keep in mind is that CMS Builder can only change things that you've specifically added the viewer code to so you might want to double check that the page you are having trouble with does in fact have CMS Builder code on it.

Thanks!

Hi Ross,
Thank you for your response. I sent you the link in an email so hopefully you can take a closer look.

Thanks again,

Hi Marsha

Did you send it to consulting? Or did it go to support? Perhaps you could email through consulting if you didn't already because I don't see it in my list. If you could also reply to the email our ticketing system sent you just to say you are re-sending it to me, the support team won't need to worry about it.

Thanks!
